The very reason why I love her character. She knows precisely how to be a real good person and what a good true friend means. Maturely honest and modest when it comes to advises. And importantly she consistently follows her own words. I love Lois Lane!:)

Funny thing, Lois followed her own advice when she learned Clark's secret in Season 10.

WOW... I don't know if they had already planned this back in Season 4 but that's exactly what she does in Season 10!

Lois always gives great advice! That's why I rolled my eyes when Chloe tells her "that's the last thing I expected to hear from you". It's like she doesn't really know Lois at all. Because this is a Lois trait that is consistent throughout the seasons. So, it was a long due thankyou when Clark told her "you're a good friend, Lois" when she's telling him she doesn't know what to say because she doesn't do well with sad. From the Smallville bunch, the one that is a real friend is Lois!

@SeulementMoi101 I think Chloe is referring more to how Lois is always snooping around than anything else, which seems to be a recurrent worry of Chloe's concerning Clark's secret. In later seasons especially Chloe's always warning Clark that if Lois so much as catches sent of his 'special abilities', she won't let off until she knows the truth.

@SeulementMoi101 Now, I admit that Chloe doesn't seem to have much trust in Lois where Clark is concerned, but I always figured that was more for other reasons (like how Clark's secret was kind of her territory for a really long time and she didn't want to lose that), not because she didn't know her cousin.

@dreams4tears Well, yeah, but I find it vert interesting that both Chloe and Lana (in AU) talked to Lois about the secret they knew. And I kind of like that all this time later when Lois finally discovers Clark's secret she does exactly what she told Chloe to do.
