hey i have question for you!! i want to play either trumpet or trombone, never played anything other than guitar for 4 years, and i got pretty good at guitar. but which is easier trumpet or trombone.
it would be nice if you knew where the correct positions for the notes were on the trombone before you recorded yourself so not every note was a glissando up or down to it

@futebalmakedonia -- i'd go with whichever instrument you are most drawn to play.
i don't consider either instrument easier as both trombone and trumpet have their challenges:
the 7 slide positions can be tricky at first, but the trombone has a larger bore mouthpiece,
versus learning the variations of the 3 valves and passing air through a much smaller mouthpiece.

your tone is a wee bit fuzzy, but the emotion is there

@supernathan94 --- yes, the tone is intentionally jagged.
wasn't going for studio quality by any means.
was more into playing with the shadows on the wall at the time.

Sounds sweet, just like a trumpet except with gliss.

Sorry if this sounds pretentious, but I really don't like your tone.

@MrBGold92 -- to avoid treble, a wise man keeps poor comments in his bass-ment.

@ChangeWontWait see but that is something you could never know. i personally thought it wasnt that bad.

@ChangeWontWait ... thanks; this was a test, not meant as a pro recording. Was intentionally elongating the note transitions in this case.
