Yes, but the larger esthetic (or if you prefer, moral) point I think is; to what aim is one being manipulated by this, as you call it, "totalitarian method" or "fascist esthetic" (as Haneke have called it)? Are you, "the artist", "the creator" going to allow the medium to operate as an intrument to inspire in the viewer a chance for some form of critical reflection or is it simply going to an opportunity for mindless consumption under the harmless pretext of "Entertainment".
