If you don't believe me, listen to some interviews, you'd be surprised how many guitar legends listen to hip hop... (and if you're on the other side, all you have to do is pay attention to what samples are used and you'll know quality hip hop producers listen to rock... just today I heard rush and allman brothers both sampled)
