You can only get it from the collector's edition of the game. Note that it is commonly mistaken that the Limited edition has the armour and sword. The limited edition and the collector's edition are actually different.

You have a henchman but you could select a save file, You have all your character's stats and skills, but just not the appearance of your character, Or you could not choose a save file and then you have the same stats/skills as the current player
