This is what I think about 3D.

1. It doesn't look like ms anymore

2. Its been almost a year since maple revo 1, and this is just taking way too long, so I think 2d anime is a better way to go.

Well its true its been about a year since the first one though u have to remember that was season 1 and season 1 is finished.Season 2 has not started yet but is coming closer to the date. If season 2 had started say January and no new ep since then that would be a diff story but thats not the case. Also I go to college everyday and I work almost EVERYDAY. So some days I get more time to work on it than others. 3d is chosen since it has far less limites than 2d ms sprites. 3d is staying for S2.

The characters and other things will be 3-D. However, he is currently planning on keeping the fighting 2-D ish. Google Street Fighter IV for an example. I'm guessing everyone has at least heard of Street Fighter.
