OH! Question! How did you get permission to use the pool? I know some clubs have meets at community pools n such, and they rent them, but i don't see any1 else, so did you just sneak in there? Do you own the place? Did you just say "Hey, i wanna float my boats, can you fill up the entire pool for me?"

Can i buy an already made conversion sub? Also, you should put a airsoft gun in the deck gun and join a battle club. If you made the sub torpedo capable you would kick ass. The only way they could sink you is if they used depth charges or shot you while you were surfaced.

There are very few pre-built working subs, but they do exist. Most people make their own because they enjoy the challenging process, but it is also cheaper. Oh I forgot to mention, it's simple to buy a working submarine, it's just hard to buy a pre-built scale replica submarine, such as the one here. I'll work on that site for you and let you know if I find it again....

I built the other 1/72 Type VIIC kit, it looks exactly the same as this but has a snorkel too. I've heard about the conversion kits and always wanted to try it myself. Anyone know if you can get them direct from revell? and is it even possible to convert an already built model? One things for sure, the type VIIC uboat looks incredible!

Alright, I build car models and I don't do well. When you're sub emmerges at about 0:36, you can see how good a job you did. But it's not only the sub's shell, it's the fact that you were able to convert it into an RC! Excellent!

im sure you will have to, otherwise you will be splitting the hull and decks and you will have glued the rudders etc

Cool, but where the silent hunter sfx really necessary? Also i am thinking about making one of these and would like to know about any problems with the radio signals travelling through water and how to overcome them. Please message me if you get the time.
