The city/ township are the only people with permission to plow the public streets unless they subcontract to help themselves out. Can't blame this guy for not doing the street.

there is many reason why the plow guy didnt plow the street.......seems like you have no idea what you are talking about.....first, when the contractor puts in a bid i bet the bid was only for the school property only, why plow the street when the price was not included? also if the plow that was contracted by the school does not have permission by the city to plow city streets then he must not plow the street unless you are willing to pay a big fine by the city.....

@jasoncupp none of your business in both questions....jajajaja..i like the end.... you do a good service to the neighbors around ya...but i bet if the plow guy puts the plow on city streets with no city permission and gets a fine i bet those neighbor will not put in a single dollar for the fine....

if you were a plowing contractor then you would know that plowing any part of a city or town road could result in major fines. the guy cleared the parking lot and the entrance to the lot but didnt touch the road for good reason
