  • Apollo is the antichrist. Rev 9:11 - And they had a king over them, who is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue he has the name Apollyon. The Bible explains these gods were offspring of the fallen angels and of women . Gen 6:4 - In those days, and after, giant Nephilites lived on the earth, for whenever the sons of God were with women, they gave birth to children who became the heroes and famous warriors of ancient times...

  • i lke it when dey show the titties

  • Apollo is my fav god, im not sure why but he always has been

  • @andrew4950 Yeah, Apollo! Sure . . .

  • You can't tell me the Cult of Demeter didn't continue after the Church shut them down. You can't get rid of something like that overnight.

  • Greek Mythology's AWESOME!!!

  • Thank you!

  • good

  • my goodness this is freak'n yet interesting god for good god for bad god for jealousy. Our myths always explained god only for goodness this seems to be an open hearted myth explaining all forms of god

  • who is harold is he God like born with zeus? and Excuse me God of wine? God encourages people to drink and spoil themselves?

  • @HARISHROSHAN oh come one ---

  • @HARISHROSHAN ancient greeks mixed water with wine so they can drink more, and it was a fest, the wine helped them release themselves... if you see happy faces laughs and love as a spoil i feel pity for you! besides orgies back then was not like todays trance music and 20 bitches sucking a bear-masked dude

  • @Thanasaros21 Release themselves from? I did not understand happy laughs and love spoil? No I don't feel like that I felt only about what bad consequences they may have for their body (liver damage like that) 20 bitches? Your Kidding? It seems there were no deathly deseases that time.

  • Nice series bro but please put subtitles :(

  • i'd always been told that narcissus (sp?) was the one who fell in love with Daphne. i feel lied to haha!

  • @banpaiaperson a Nymph named Echo fell in love with Narcissus, maybe you got them confused? Haha. :)

  • @DefineDelicate i'm so confused! now i'm thinking he's the one who fell in the love with his own reflection, and thats where the term narcissistic comes from?

i've read too many different versions of greek mythology to know which one is official :/ you're probably right haha

  • @banpaiaperson he did fall in love with his own reflection. you see, Echo gained the attention of Zues because of her voice and was punished by Hera for it. by making her only able to repeat the words of others. Echo later, fell in love with Narcissus. But he refused her. being so vain. after she left him, heart broken. Narcissus then looked down and saw his reflection in a pond and fell in love with himself. as was foreseen by Nemesis. i could tell you more about Daphine is you want. ;)

  • @DefineDelicate ahh it's all coming back to me now, yes that's the version i remember :) thanks!

  • @banpaiaperson No problem. Greek Myths are a passion. Haha. :)

  • @DefineDelicate i loved the stories when I was little and now :)

  • @banpaiaperson This is the true story that taught and in greek schools.

  • damn.

  • chris farley women! lol

  • Eating forbidden fruit, believing in an underworld, gods having sex with humans, Humans giving birth to a god, gods having human emotions, evil snakes are some outrageous mythological beliefs.........They should have just combined all these qualities into one god..!?! Glad civilized humans have out grown these silly superstitions.......

  • @pillowbugg Well...those uncivilized Greeks evolved ideas like the earth circling aorund the sun and the atoms...;) dont take mythology in the wrong way serious.

  • @pillowbugg yeah, I can see that my comment completely went over your head.

  • @pillowbugg Yea I don't see your logic with this comment... it looks like he owned you in his reply... civilized humans huh - not beliveing in the pretend... well you wouldn't happen to know what religion dominates the world now do you? 33% of the worlds population follows Christianity - just in case math is an issue for you - that is the largest following of any religion on earth followed by Islam at 20% and Hinduism at 13% and finally the Chinese folk religion at 6% and Buddhism at 5%.

  • @Aleksei5055 another idiot. The point I made was sarcastic. People today want to think they are superior to ancient civilizations, yet they believe in the same type of mythology. Must I explain it more clearly for your tiny brain?

  • @pillowbugg If you were trying to convey saracasism in your previous comments then you epically failed at it but you did a great job proving to the global community what a complete douchbag you are... must I try to explain that for your tiny brain - oh wait, that would be a complete waste of my time... but thanks for taking the effort out to reply to my post... what a sweet guy must be! Now that WAS sacrasm my friend!

  • @Aleksei5055 your mad because you cannot think past an elementary level. You failing to understand something doesn't make the other person fail in their conveyence. You and the other moron are the only ones who had difficulty understanding the correlation being made between ancient greek mythology and christian dogma. You have again shown your intellectual retardation on a profound level. Stop digging! Albeit, you won't...you'll respond once again with an idiotic remark.

  • @pillowbugg phaha.... you are so funny. phahaha... keep them coming ahahaha show the world what a dick you are ahaha come on.. what else have you got?

I wish for you to be free from suffering and to find happiness... seriously... I wish that for you... um wait, was that sarcasim? Hmmm think on that ...

  • @pillowbugg Oh and FYI I TOTALLY GET the correlation... re-read my initial comment genius.. your complete lack of conveying sarcasim in a written message, which is near impossible unless the context is made clear, just sucked balls dood ... thats all I am trying to say. Of course there is correlation... of course people still believe in make believe shit only they call it different names... and there will always be people who believe in faith based religions. Also, I'm an atheist so yea..

  • @Aleksei5055 TROLL!

  • @pillowbugg Really thats the best you can come up? Hmm, who is lacking intellectual ability now? Well, listen, I am so sorry you are so angry and can't only communicate with hateful words... I leave you with this final comment:

    May Everyone be Happy.

May Everyone be free from Suffering.

May no one ever be serperated from their happiness.

May everyone have equanimity free from hatred and attachment. Especially you.

  • @pillowbugg Quite embarrassing when children don't give up.

  • @NurulFCox at least it shows determination heheh

  • @pillowbugg

    Lol.

  • Wasn't Dionysus a pre-christian saviour ?

  • @yxrcbszg Indeed but not the only one. Greek Mysteries and their cults are very interesting. They evolved into believes of reincarnation and in hellenist times buddhist ideas were also of influence.

    But well...Christian belief became dominant.
