I've seen a few of her recipes and none of them have a proper/ full view while they're being cooked. What... you can't install an overhead camera? It just comes of as being very cheap!! I mean.. it's such a cheap way of showing a recipe... by someone who's 'popular'.

I've watched several recipes of ppl who don't claim to be 'chefs' and still post great recipes and videos where the recipe is clearly viewable while being cooked.

I just made her comfort turkey meatloaf and I was blown away...It was so freaking good!! I'm a student so I live off of twizzlers, pop tarts, and popcorn and even I was able to follow the recipe. It's available on her website, you hungry people should check it out, you won't be disappointed. Your kitchen will be messy but you will be nice and full.
