Others are manipulated into supporting bully boss who poses as a charming victim of a terrible employee, rather than intimidating or threats. The video made brief mention of bullying sometimes hard to detect, but just wish media could focus more specific on covert bullying (corporate-psychopath/serial-bully) as this is a particularly insidious type that instigates the worst abuses, mobbing etc, and gets away with it.
