Excellent video, but a quixotic cause, if one views a computer simulation of the last 60,000 years of extreme glacial shrinkage. The state of Ohio was at the last (7th) Great Ice Age's nadir 3/4 covered with deep ice, and we have the rocks and moraines here to prove it.
Viewed at that timescale, it's clear to me we're pretty much into what in REAL scientific communities is called an "interregnum." A warm period. It may last for thousands of years, in spite of all our efforts!
