They are too big to provide you with support down the road, when their crap dosen't work right...Customer Support in non-existent. Go with belkin or netgear for your router...wayyyyyyyyyyy more user friendly and reliable. TrendNet and Dlink are other companies which produce high end reliable hardware.....Good Luck!

@juicysquidlad the most widely used router in the U.S is Linksys,

despite the support.I completely disagree that netgear or belkin routers are more user friendly. I agree with you on Dlink and to be honest my number one choise is Dlink second is linksys but netgear would never be on my top ten choises

@juicysquidlad I have called linksys several times with expert and friendly help. Linksys is Cisco -- the best of the best - go Cisco Linksys for my dollars.

i ran into a problem i'm trying to get on the linksys router menu, it let's me into user name and password but after that it it brings me to a white page, is it cause of fire walls, and i am using google chrome, and my internet explore does the same thing to me

I play a game and everynow and again it kicks me off and i asked the support people why it does this and they said i need to update my router. @zamborey there is a very small button on the back of the router the way you access is with a paper clip or pen point.
