Those are huge loops, which means you used physical force. The forks I have are so tightly wound that it looks like it was wet spaghetti and with no tensile shearing. All I did, what take a standard stainless steel fork, hold it up in front of me, and it fell over... no manhandling, wiggling, playing with it. I then took the extended finger of my right hand, and lightly spun it.  It was a little warm, several loops later, it hardened. I've never been able to do it again. There.

It is not a psychic phenomena, but neither is it a complete fraud. There are those who love to mess with people's minds, it assures them of their own validity, so they manipulate the meme of 'bending', but that doesn't mean there isn't something real happening for others... just not psychically.

I could go in my kitchen right now, put the spoon on the eye of the stove for a while till it's nice and hot, put on some oven mits, and bend it around like that, set it down, let it cool off turn on the camera and then pick it up and say I did that with my mind too. Yes spoon bending is real, but it all has to do with the mind that execute the strength to do it.I studied this for a long time, i knew it can be done.and uniquely by not putting pressure on the spoon.If you don't use pressure it is more difficult but possible.I have done it and was totally amazed.
