I'm not sure why, but in my celestia download, the galaxy appears incredibly dark when you zoom out to view it.

I unpacked Night Lights into the Celestia main folder but the Earth Night Lights still show only low-res Night Lights. Please tell me how to make the hi-res addon work?

I do like this video, although I am unsure about the Apollo re-entry :o/

It never ceases to amaze me how brilliant Celestia is at rendering real-time space scapes, and I think it is incredibly under-rated! This video is another example of that sheer brilliance... and the music fits it perfectly too.

@teemuruskeepaa I'm not sure actually, I havn't installed that add-on since I re-did my PC... I can check and get back to you, but you might have better luck asking in the celestia motherlode forums! Perhaps there is a setting in the celestia config file (or more likely the night lights config file) to change it with a text based setting, but I don't know for sure until I install it myself!
