I do like the mini scout better because I wanted a dedicated weapon light, with a single output so I always have the same brightness level. Also the mini scout has a stronger mounting option.
Im not much for the magpul fore grip. I use the extending bipod grip I got in Iraq. We have the same set up as far as OD with black. I use EMA countdown mags that shows how many rounds u have left. And a 557 eotech with fts magnifier and a custom flashbreak to reduce muzzle climb.

Great setup you have there. The only difference I would make is I personally prefer the Elzetta ZFH1500 tactical flashlight mount for my AR. Let's you hit the tailcap with your front sling swivel without affecting your balance by sticking the light off to one side. But use what works for you. Good video.

I have an M&P 15 with full MOE in black. I ordered a Badger Ordinance charging handle with an ambidextrous latch last October, but I'm pretty sure my distributor is incompetent. It's still on backorder.
I have a flat rail, which I love, and no iron sights right now. Then I put a Leupold 1.5- 4x scope and a MOE grip (Although I have fun with my AFG too). Basically, it's a three gun rifle. However, I use a two point sling on my AR for comfort for lugging around. I use a one point sling on my AK.
Just getting started and I'm looking into a similar setup. Going to get a Hughes Precision lower soon (I've heard they're good quality, family owned) I'm torn between the BCM 14.5" mid length and the 16", 14.5" will have perm attached FH. What would you recommend?
Probably the 16" so you can switch out your FH. I have a 14.5" with permanent FH and love the length & weight, but it would be very convenient to be able to switch to a different FH/supressor. I think most people would be happier with a 16"

nicely built i am running a simular build what did the handstops and the scout mount run I myself utilize an MS2 sling with a ASAP and a RSA imho I like the lock mech over the qd's anyway nicely done MICHIGAN :)
The charging handle dropping with the bolt could cause problems when trying to directing heavy fire into a heard of zombies. If your hair or anything were to be caught by the handle, OUCH ! This will also prevent the bolt lockup = inop. AR15. I would always return the handle before slamming the bolt home. You do a very good video and great for girls to get involved,Thanks;)
@faliaphotography your movies are one of the best I have ever seen, but why you use surefire lights? these lights are great but you have to consider that you are get the same quailty on 4seven or jetbeam lights.its just my opinion maybe you you will check out some other lights ;) greetings from germany.

@touyatis my dad had a pump 22 lr that he let me shoot at the early age of 8 yo. I loved the noise & hitting the can or whatever & really hooked me ! Then he let me shoot his High standard 22lr pistol and I loved also. Then I made a big jump to a 8MM german 98K mauser which was a real "kick" to shoot. Never been a hunter but loved to shoot big powerful weapons. How about you / ;)

@veerut123: Looks like a micro. They come in two variations which one is NVG compatible the other is not. I have some aimpoint products and recently tried a highly reated "knock off". I am very happy with it for my non-work guns ( carry an AR on the job). Check out Primary Arms dot com. They are not to the standard of AimPoint and EO but they are very nice at 1/4 the price and good for play guns.
I've watched maybe a dozen of your videos and have to say that if you never received formal training, you are a natural instructor. After 25 years between Army & Army Guard, I've seen my share. Great job!!!
A word of advice: if you want to keep a low profile do what i do and get a bunch of guitar and amplifier brand stickers, and then maybe some band stickers. I can't tell you how many people have come up to me while I'm carrying around my rifles and said "You play guitar? That's cool!"

Be careful. People have been know to snag their forearm on the charging handle. I always slide the charging handle forward after lacking the bolt to the rear.

A word of advice: if you want to keep a low profile do what i do and get a bunch of guitar and amplifier brand stickers, and then maybe some band stickers. I can't tell you how many people have come up to me while I'm carrying around my rifles and said "You play guitar? That's cool!"

Be careful. People have been know to snag their forearm on the charging handle. I always slide the charging handle forward after lacking the bolt to the rear.
