@HURLEY7130 I had that there because this video has the older version of ElvUI, as far as I know the newest version does not have that, which is really sad, cause it was an awesome feature.
@zismen1 Expertise isn't tht important to assassination at the moment, Obviously it helps but it really isn't a top concern. I would like to have more expertise in the future, but losing mastery over it isn't worth it.
@Underyourbed1000 Well, I have a UI setup vidoe if you want to see what I'm using, It is a little out-dated though so I may make a new one. But if you are refering to the addon in the middle of the screem, its called Vendetta. its a very useful addon for helping with a rotation and timing your moves.

whats the name of the song in the vid, and how would you compare the dps between assassination and combat, are they equal or does one just triumph over the other
@Underyourbed1000 something you might forgot, rogues has no self buff like wars, dk or hunters. i'm still in green gear and i pull up to 21k dps with buff and debuff. This dps has just self debuff on target that explains the low dps.
I'm a bit new to rogues, so feel free to correct me, but isn't 15% melee hit a bit much? Wouldn't it be better to reforge some hit into expertise so you hit the cap (26), and the remainder into haste?
@TarnowM2 Well, For assassination rogues, You need spell hit cap so your poisons dont miss (Spell hti cap is 17% which is roughly 15% melee hit cap), SO no actually, 15% isn't too high. Once you hit that then you can worry about expertise and haste. Expertise isn't the... "Very best" stat for mutilate, but it sure helps if you can get it, and haste is still a big thing but mastery > haste. Back in wrath haste all the way, but with m astery implimented its pretty much your top stat.
@Jigjaguo you have 3 points into precision so that makes the spell hit cap even lower. I only have 2 points into it and my spell hit cap is 13%. So you should definitely reforge some of that hit to mastery.
@KExProductions The hit that I have in this vid is wit hthe tallent already added on, It adds the talent on automatically. So if your hit is only at 13% then you are low on hit. You need 17%.
@Maplemis0 Can't get anything better, My guild hasn't raided in a while, and even if we did, I have the WORST luck on this planet for getting gear out of raids.
@TimeForMe0 Yeah, The normal dummys you can't practice your rotation to its fullest extent, but on these, even thoug hthey are lvl 80, you can do your full rotation.
All you really need to do is subtract about 500 -1,000 dps from your ending result.
