  • This building is a disaster in waiting. The design was patterened after the 2 existing towers that have 370 units per tower while Lilac have 670 units in just 1 tower. The almost double load bearing factor will certainly stressed the foundation of the building. How did the building permits granted?MONEY!!!!! this is a Metrobank project so its awashed with money. But i pity the buyers- the innocent victims. An intensity 7 or higher is imminent says Philvocs.this building has no chance....

  • Please do not invest at Lilac tower. Park you money on other projects of other developers and not with Federal Land. This company deceived us and unit owners are unhappy about this. A case is filed under HLURB regarding this matter. Buyers Beware

  • Please "moderate' your greed. Lilac tower will be home to a lot of people's lives not just profits for you. Please think too of peoples lives and safety. If Lilac collapses it will cost lots of lives.

  • I will not tire in warning everyone that this Lilac tower is a potential earthquake hazard. Just a quick math will tell that this propsed building has double number of units than the previuos towers with same design and specs. It has double load bearing factors. I really fear this building will collapse in an earthquake. I hope the deveopers will take notice; also the buyers.

  • It really pays to do resarch before buying a condo. We were so impressed by the Lilac tower when we were shown around and what the sales agent told us. But seeing all the bad comments here in the internet will definitely make us not to buy from this developer. We now realized thet onced we bought a unit thats when all the problems starts. Also, i really hope that when Lilac tower collapses in an earhquake all those people comprising the developer will be brought to justice.

  • We bought a unit at Lotus and we even bought another one at The Oriental Place and convinced 8 friends who also bought. We really love the low density and open spaces and that stunning Ayala skyline. But suddenly a 3rd tower will be built to cover our view and destroy the GARDEN; and it now becomes a high density environment just like a Cityland condo. We felt so deceived. Is this a good corporate practice? Its pure bad faith in the side of the developers.

  • Why are some developers reneged on their promises to their buyers? Why should this deveopers resort to deception for profits? Good thing we saw the problems early enough. We thought this condo has a good location and a good buy; now we choose Avida-at least Ayala land never compromises on their buyer's welfare.

  • Please tell your sales people to tell us buyers the real issues. Its good that we did research on the internet We could have made an investment that we would regret in the end.or would even cost our lives when this Lilac tower collapses in an earthquake due to the maximized spaces but sacrifices on the buidling's structure.

  • Please be truthfull in marketing this condo. We were not told that the proposed Lilac tower has 600 plus units while the 2 existing towers only have 300 units each. It was a good thing we saw from the other sites here at the internet about it. Lives is at stake if the building collapses in an earthquake as it has added loads to carry.

  • Thanks for this post. I really hope buyers would do research first before buying a condo. We really cant rely on the salesperson to tell us everything as they are just after their commission when the sale will be consumated. They will not be around when problems are so real already. This property seem not worth investing with all the negative things around. If the building collapses i hope the developer will be made accountable.

  • Felt the negative vibes too. And also heard that actual spot has really gave a very bad Feng Shui too.Scary and so negative. Saw hot chicks on the pool when we were shown around. But they told us of bad things about the developer. They said they were deceived big time, whatever that means. Such gorgeous chicks though.Got their numbers so thats the positive thing.

  • We saw the area too and the signs, but the salesperson said everything is settled. But with lots of negative things we found in the internet about this project we drop plans of investing here. We cannot afford to suffer in the end. Really we felt the negative vibes especially on the very spot itself where a garden of sort is.I was told Feng Shui is very bad too. A hot lady in the parking also told us bad things about the developer.

  • We thank you for this information. When we visited the place we were so impressed with existing towers but saw signs that such project is under litigation. Now, with this additional info we really feel not to buy. We also talked to a couple of unit owners at the poolside and they told us a lot of negative things about the developer. If there is a negative vibes its not worth investing.

  • Thank you for this vital info. Checking the PHILVOCS site confirms that there really is an active faultline and is expected to move and will generate an intensity 7.2 earthquake.I pity those that dont research before buying a condo.

  • Why are you building a 3rd tower on a tiny plot of land?! Don't you realize that it's dangerous enough to have two towers there, Now you're going to squeeze a 600 unit, 30 storey building on a tiny piece of land? Have you no concern for the safety of your current dwellers?
