  • o_O this is definitely my 11th grade English teacher thoo .

  • Omg... He's my English teacher! Rock on, Mr. Enders!

  • he was my 6th grade teacher too

  • i went to grade school with him

  • my six grade teacher

  • omg omg he's my teacher lol. He is really devoted and he let us chat with studentrs in Syria. One of them was so hot ahhhhhhhhhhh.

  • hes my teacher to!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this is crazy my teachers famous

  • hes my teacher!!!!!!!!!!! i didnt know he was interveiwed by fareed zakaria

  • Excellent journalist! Watch his stuff on Al-Jazeera and BBc and PBS, he is a REAL reporter dedicated!

  • I'd like a documentary on WWII rebuilding comparing & contrasting it with Iraq. Germany and Japan took from 1945-1955~. ~5~ years is not enough for Iraq while there is resistance. I have't heard of any resistance after WWII. The documentary would offer some perspective realism. It should interpolate based on WWII data, Iraq data and a stat multiple and error factor deriven from the diferences timeframes for things in Iraq. Doc more usefull then interviews of people back from short visits.

  • Not sure if I can believe one mans report on wheather Iraq is more violent or not now as opposed to a year ago. Seems like that is a bit too small of a sample size.

  • I think the oil and greed have taken over their evil souls.

  • i curse the syrian , saudi adn Iranians for not doing anything to stop the muslim from killing each other. Look at the S. E. Asian muslims we are majority and we are living better than the Arabs. Why cant they do a better job like the asian muslims.

  • I think it is really sad, the amount of violence still going on in IRAQ.

When will things really change for the better, for the people of Iraq?

    -Pray for Peace!

  • he's only in his early twenties, not all guys are really hairy =p

Besides, he grew it because moustaches are supposedly really popular in Iraq and he wanted to fit in more

  • "If Saddam didn't exist, we'd have to invent him. He is the linchpin of American Foreign Policy in the Middle East."

    -Fareed Zakaria in Newsweak

  • Wow, I can't believe David Enders is only 24. He looks a little older..but uh, anyway, good reporting and journalism!

  • Fareed is the man.

  • "While Zakaria initially supported using military force against Iraq, he argued for a United Nations-sanctioned operation and occupation with a much larger force (approximately 400,000 troops)."

    Wiki Wiki!!!

  • Fareed Zakaria has blood on his hands. He was one of the most vocal proponents for the war in the leadup. Not for WMD but he really believed that we'd be greeted as liberators in a secular society ready for democracy. He felt that it would be a model for other democracies in the region. This premise was ridiculous on it's face and was a position almost exclusively believed to be true by administration stooges and idiots.

  • No, that's not true. He was against the war and then said that, following all of Bush's saber rattling, we had no choice but to invade. Your comments are really misleading.

  • First, "administration stooges and idiots" didn't give a rat's ass what folks like zakaria were saying. Their decision was made since the mid to late 90's.

Second, could you please provide some evidence (interview, essai, op-ed) of what u're accusing zakaria of?

  • fareed zakaria is amazing...do any of you know? he's a regular writer for newsweek & i always found his column incredibly insightful & quite brilliant. This guy's one of the best journalists there is.

  • satanda kardeshim olsun

  • ce fatza de "gutza" are!!! :)))

  • huh?

  • Fake.

  • you're a fake

  • You are the real fake!

  • i just said that

  • I saw this interview over the weekend on TV. Excellent and most informative. I agree with the person here who said the interview should be shown in prime time on every major network.

  • FREEDOM is the FREEDOM to say "2+2=4"

If that's true, then what follows is:

    "9/11 was an inside job"

  • 你好!

  • Hmm, Can you imagine what would have happened if the War progress during WWII was to be evaluated by Journalists paid by the Pulitzer Center? Have you ever heard of a single pro-American report coming out from this Center? Is this objective reporting or something else? Just asking.

  • After watching this I was surprised that you were so concerned about bias, this report didn't seem to me like it was pushing an agenda. I checked out the Pulitzer Center's channel on YouTube, and although a lot of their current stuff doesn't have anything to do with the US, it seemed pretty objective.

Of course, this segment is at odds with the position the Bush administration has taken. Regardless of if you agree with them or not it would be naive to say they do not have an agenda.

  • Why is that anyone who doesn't agree with the Bush Administration biased?

  • It's like night and day, the difference between mainstream media and independent reporting and outlets. Pretty much the same difference between being bought and actually caring and bothering to do a little investigating.

  • For anyone who has followed "independent" reporters during the Iraq war and rebuilding this is a common theme. The administration and major networks tell us one thing and the independents tell us something different. It is usually the independents who have spent the most time on the street. Do they have an agenda? Maybe. Is the administration telling the truth? If history is any guide, probably not.

  • This video needs to be showed in prime time on all the major networks. Olbermann needs to have this journalist on his show.
