My friend actually got to try out the demo, and he said the game had very notable differences in terms of gameplay and dungeuns. Like i said, the improved graffix are just a "bonus".

After watching this line-up of games I don't see any real reason to buy the 3DS, if it were backwards compatible and features 2D > 3D convertion, yeah maybe then.

I don't have a digital store account with Nintendo so I have no digital goods to transfer over to the 3DS. Maybe the digital store will be it's saving grace.

Most of these games are old, old games. The new Resident Evil looks interesting, no not Mercenaries.

@Blahdabbadoo I actually am taking the total opposite approach. I think a large portion of those games look quite intriguing. Kid Icarus looks great as does the Resident Evil game you mentioned, but I am also excited to play the classics (Zelda, Star Fox, Kingdom Hearts) in 3D. I understand they're not "new" games, but I think this new element will make the experience fresh and new.

@omfgroflma0 The graphics aren't the same and they're changing most of the dungeons. Not to mention that they're putting in stuff from the Zelda 64 beta and Ura Zelda. Do your research before you pass off a game as a re-release. Look at some screenshots of Link in the 3DS version and compare them to the N64 version. His character model looks a hellova lot better.
