Parkour is meant for everyone because it is a natural thing. to follow set pathways in concrete is unnatural. the reason that anyone is injured in parkour is because they do not know their own ability level. I wouldn't recommend a large gap to a new person just as I wouldn't recommend that a novice driver drive a race car at ~200mph. You need skill and technique for any physical activity.
Jackthedaniels... buildering? lol seriously? weak! elejumping is way cooler = p This was an cool interview it would have been funny to see the anchorman do a face plant
That was really cool! You gave a great interview, the only thing I found slightly disturbing was the "scales buildings as an art form" thing, but that's not your fault. I can't believe you got the anchorman to start doing some vaults too XD
That pissed me off too! Lmfao. News stations always try and make it sounds more interesting..."daredevils" "risk-takers" Arg...But Tyson and Rafe kept it real and preached what's good :D
I HATE how they say "urban daredevils"

Not buildering, parkour. it is different, buildering is rock climbing on buildings, parkour is this. Those guys teach my Wednesday parkour class.

Yeah I agree, I believe that's a different discipline and it already has a name: buildering.
