A German Shepherd is well known for it's stellar ability as a guard dog and police dog. It's bite force is not as powerful as others but it is more than adequate for those duties. So the purpose of that discussion would be like arguing if a bazooka is more effective than a hollow-point 50cal at blowing someones head off. Exactly, you guessed it, the result would be the same.
