For the six pack critics, NO ONE can develop a "perfect six pack" with training because the location of those muscles is determined by your genes. Some lucky guys are born with them perfectly aligned, but most of the people will have at least one rebel square that didn't want to be where we would like it to be. Some guys have a weird gap between them like if they had been stabbed in their guts, some will have them so wide that look like a four pack instead of six, etc. No one looks the same.
