PC tends to be for mature gamers who can actually afford to keep up the cost. While 360/PS3 is just a single buy it and done with it. While you upgrade models, new consoles PC upgrades its parts. PC is full keyboard and mouse, not 5 buttons and "auto aim" feature. Yes the built in part that allows you to actually kill without being precise.
