The Constitution and Common law will rarely win in lower courts today, that is why you set up your case for appeals and supreme court instead.... who cares if they can't prove their jurisdiction and still find you guilty... use that for appeals!

I have filed A Motion for Lack of Jurisdiction in two separate cases here in the US and was never arrested for it. Sure, the judges were upset and yelled at me, called it a bunch of crap and made threats, but they were required by law to grant me my hearing to argue the facts regarding jurisdiction. Mind you they will reject your motion eventually and you will still be found guilty of their statutes, but it is a necessary ingredient for Appeals and eventually supreme court.

This happens because the people do nothing and deserve it. Just like here in california and united states for that matter. USA has been pussyfied and the fat lazy people in this country do nothing as their rights are being diminished. I remember when judges were being hung in front of the courts when they were kidnapping children for profit. Its happening again cuz the people have gone back to sleep. As you may be aware, mr wilson does have a right to challenge the Statutary Authority of the court, as he, like everyone else (including the judge) is protected under the Common Law which is superior to the contract law of the corporation (fictional entity) that is the government of australia.

That said, I think mr wilson did not approach the issue properly. He should have refused to accept the jurisdiction of the statutes under which he was charged

The judge was still in pursuit of jurisdiction. He asked him does he still live at an alleged address. He should have said he live under the sun moon and stars. Also, he should have held back from the name calling to the magistrate. Im not adept in Austrilian Law but i know its based on most of the same USA principles.

John keep up the fight, the criminals are losing as they now have to hide behind police and the sheriffs. I witnessed a police constable break down and cry after the accursed forgave him for committing perjury in the court. He obviously still had a concience. We need more people to wake up and educate their children.
