To get it to work go to ACCOUNT MANAGMENT > SYSTEM ACTIVATION And disable comics and videos, then go back and activate them. It'll work. :)

1. You have a USA account

2. you have video/ comics activated. ps if it was already active deactivate it then reactivate

3. check your wireless settings
