@ADisturbedOne1 Check your Settings: (Settings / General / Network) at the top there's a toggle to turn 3G on. Make sure that is on and also Cellular Data right under it.
@ADisturbedOne1 Just plug your phone up, and go into iTunes. You will see your phone listed on the left side under "Devices". Click that - and on the "Summary" tab you will see under "Version" 2 buttons: "Check for Update" & "Restore". Click the restore button and let it do it's thing. It will ask you if you want to restore from a previous backup or set up like a "New" phone.
MAKE SURE YOUR CONTACTS ARE ALL UP TO DATE THROUGH YOUR EMAIL CONTACTS
Just got off the phone with Apple. They are telling me that I will need to restore back to factory settings, then set the phone up like a "new" phone - this will give me the ability to rename my phone. Evidently that's the important part, once I rename it to something different that what it was, I can re-sync my contact / apps / music / etc. Guess I know what I'm trying tonight after work.
it still doesnt work, i have no idea what to do!

the internet works for me, but it it only shows the "E" and the 3G never comes up.

Ehmm, how do you restore back to factory settings ?
And....I dont know how to set the phone up like a new phone.

It actually worked. My 3G is back!
