I've had some problems with WoW Model Viewer too lately :/ On my old XP machine, it tends to lock after a while if I leave it in an animation. On my new Vista machine tho, I have to start it several times before the error messages stop to come.

So if you're using Vista, you might have to start it a few times before It'll work.
