@parakeetfreak17 First you must let them use to the surroundings the first couple of weeks and let them stay in the cage. In that period of time, you let them use to your hands by sitting near the cage with your hand in it.You can try to feed them by putting some birdseed into your hand or give them something yummy,like fruit.
When they get used to your hand near them,you can try to let them fly around.The first time they are always a bit nervous and disorientated, but that is not for ever. You can then try to get them back in the cage by putting something delicious in it so they can fly back. Good luck!
is keewy's wings clipped, I'm trying to decide whether or not to clip my boys wings he's so clumsy flying into stuff not to mention the extra bonding would be good

That bird has an amazing color! I have a lovebird that also absolutely LOVES to play with bells! This bird seems very playful and cute! Long life to Keewy!
I had a budgie that would play with long and danggling earings and tickle my shoulder or finger...then if i placed her on anybody elses finger, she would do the same...but saddly she died...:'(

I'm sure your new buddie will give you as much love and laughter as your first one!! Did you know that budgies die of eating chocolate, coffee, tea and avocado's? Be careful with those things!

yeah, parakeets just looove their bells... all of my parakeets, dead for several years now, would always go to any toys with bells and chime the bells, though not in a rhythm to anything. They also loved their mirrors and our fingernails, especially our thumb nails
Oh what a beautiful bird! Also he's singing suck a pretty song. My two cockatiels are gray. white and yellow, so there not as pretty as you little Budgie's vibrant colors!

While I´m looking to this video, my parakeets are in the dinig room. They hear keewy and don´t stop screaming ! Sometimes, I take them to the computer ( as you have done in another video ), and I must close the speakers if I don´t want to get headache !
