Yo tbn soy de mexico y opino que usar las espuelas es una salvajada que usaba la gente hace 100 años cuando eramos todos ignorantes. Los caballos son animales muy sensibles y listos y no hace falta ser barbaros para enseñarles. Hay muchos libros y videos de distintos tipos de doma sin violencia, busca por ahi y verás que facil es. @xabandija las espuelas se vienen usando desde hace muchos añossssss y yo no veo el maltrato por ningun lado , los caballos son seres magnificos a los cuales amo asi como a mi pais y pues yo no veo por ningun lado la barbarie y pues asi como dice tu comentario es tu OPINION solo eso pero creo que para dar una opinion objetiva necesitarias primero trabajar con caballos para saber en realidad de lo que hablas ..... @0231RICK Pues si que se de caballos amigo, y con ninguno de ellos he usado jamas espuelas. Las espuelas son parte de una usanza mexicana antiquisima y eso no quiere decir que sea correcto usarlas. Visto que conoces tanto a estos hermosos animales debes saber de sobra lo sensibles que son y lo poco les lleva aprender sin necesidad de amedrentarlos. Asi que bueno, en mi opinion se muy bien de lo que estoy hablando. Larga y digna vida a nuestros amados caballos! Saludos!

Great to see the horse perform the Spanish Walk. Also dancing on the hard surface. Good rhythm. Those spurs sure pack a punch. Maybe with a serous bit the rider could stop foward movement. Fair head position already

I agree. But for some people, the results of the harsh, painful bits and spurs, outweigh the welfare of the animal. They want results that they think look nice, and are willing to sacrifice the comfort of the animal. That horse looks miserable to me, as im sure any animal would be with metal being jabbed in its ribcage, and someone constantly yanking on its mouth, a part of the body that is sensitive and full of nerve endings.

Well trained horses need the lightest of touches.
