  • At first i saw ghostbusters and got excited, then i saw the commerical and died a little....

  • Is he calling her "Clammy"??

  • 0:17 - The toy breaks even in the commercial! That thing was junk.

  • They should really make retro action extreme ghostbusters and of all the charecters this

time around i would buy them.

  • THE NEW MOVIE NEEDS TO BE LIKE THIS SHOW... but not so eXtreme

  • EXTREME!

  • TO BRING EM' DOWN!!!!!

  • And where is Janine ??? : ,(

  • WANT.

  • ha! i had the car. it was awesome!

  • I don't know why they didn't make a figure of Janine, but some people speculate that Garrett didn't have a figure because his wheelchair didn't fit in the Ecto-1 toy. It would've been cool if they also made figures of the Boogieman and the Grundel

  • @1lugialover Maybe because wheelchairs are not EXTREEEEME enough.

  • Ghostbusting in the 90s......EXTREEEEEEEEEEEEEEME, isn' it?!

  • Eh, the show was cool but the toys don't look worth it. Besides they left out two of the ghostbusters.

  • I had the Ecto1 and the figures.

  • I feel like I was the only old school Ghostbusters fan that actually liked this show. Though the toys could've been better. Sucks that they never made Garrett. I guess his wheelchair would've been too expensive

  • You're not alone. I loved both the Real and the Extreme Ghostbusts.... Same thoughts about Garrett. I mean.. Egon, but no Garrett? Hmmm...

  • I had that ecto-1 and a few of the action figures! I wish I still had them.

  • I am hereby issuing a citation for overuse of the word "extreme".

  • True. I can only take so much of the EXTREME. I'm tired of watching EXTREME TV whilst sporting my EXTREME deoderant and eating my EXTREME pizza rolls. I'm about ready to take an EXTREME jump off a bridge to avoid it all. But that might be just too EXTREME :(

  • @jf713jf It was the 90s, when 'Extreme' was used more often than the words yes and no.

  • what about Garrett????? i like Garrett!!!

  • yeah what these bastards agenst perapaligices my aunt is paralized those ASSHOLES!!!

  • I believe the action figures were made before the actual show. The show was based on these toys and Garrett wasn't created yet.

  • nah, I bet the wheel chair accessory just wasn't "cost effective".

  • I noticed that too. Why didn't they include Garrett? Did the toy company had some issues with disabled people? Who knows?

I wanted to get collect all the EGB toys and I managed to buy a few of them. But by the time I collected enough money to purchase the other half, the toys was discontinued and were no longer available at toy stores. I was like damn!!

  • @krisfrosz133= It's strange. I mean, critics gave the show positive reviews for showing handicapped people in a positive light. That should have been reason enough to make a figure of Garrett. Janine was left out too. Maybe they had something agains secretaries.

  • @krisfrosz133 Maybe that's why Trendmasters closed its doors fast.

    (Probably not, but who knows.)

  • @krisfrosz133 Well, thank God there's such things as eBay and Amazon.com

  • Looks pretty awesome! Sometimes i wish that i was born earlier enough to get some toys like these.

  • I wish I had bought one of those new Proton PAcks when they were around. Cant find them anymore now.

  • COOL!

  • me and my friend had all these when i was a kid man the ecto 1 was sooo epic

  • Der was another ad of this in da UK. Da Trendmaster toys were shit quality, only Kenner toys were good quality, I only had trouble with fright feature winston and ray's normal hand breaking off, but the EGB toys were delicate. Also, the BATTERIES WERE INCLUDED, what are they talkin about.

  • i had theese toys and i remember the comercial

  • i thought slimer was a good guy... but i guess not for the extream ghostbusters >:(

  • I had the Ecto 1 and the firgures, good toys. I have my Ecto 1 on my shelf.

  • where do we get it

  • Where's Garrett? >:(

  • @ThePurpleTurtle always pissed me off that they never made Garrett. Probably because the wheelchair would've been too difficult

  • I was able to fit any EGB figure in not just Egon.Mine has Eduardo driving

  • OMG!!! i still have my extreme GB's toys!! i'll never forget the day my mom bought me the ecto-1 toy, and i still have it, although a few parts are missing. i used to have more of te figures, including the egon, but his arm was really loose and fell off, lol. i also used to have the proton pack you could wear and had it still until recently. cool toys, the toys were better then the show! and i still display my ecto 1 in my room from time to time!

  • Did anyone else notice that the Ecto-1 picture on the box was way cooler than the actual toy? Still fun though, I had all the basic action figures, the car, and the proton pack. And Egon was the only one who fit in the car.

  • That toy Ecto-1 pwned the rest...

  • i had all of them, except for some of those crazy packs that they show in this commercial. I remember my dog chewing up my edwardo toy and i cried for hours LoL

  • i used to have the extreme ghostbusters proton pack toy

  • man i waited at my best friends house for 4 hours for this commercial to come on, glad to have finally saw it, thanks

  • they were cool toys

  • Oh man, EGB toys were so bad. Only Egon ever fit inside the Ecto-1. Drove me crazy to no end. Also had to super-glue the "fins" on the side. The lights and sounds were a great addition though.

  • THis brings me back

  • I use to go crazy when i seen this commerical
