My father used to each lunch at Houlihans near Woodfield Mall during the early 80s, and Reggie went there like 3 times a week and my dad would just sit and talk to him. He told me that he was a great guy.
Absolutely fantastic video, I was a kid when your dad played for Buffalo which was my favorite team at the time because Roger Crozier was from the same town as me.
You had relationship with your dad that most only dream of.
This was one of the nicest forms of subtle video journalism I've ever watched. Tears were streaming down my checks when I was listening to the final two mins or so. God bless the Fleming family and may Mr. Fleming rest in peace. I'm too young to remember him as a player, but I've heard how tough he was. My own father a former player himself,by the grace of God, doesn't have to deal with these health issues.
:( I'm so very sorry for your loss. I remember my dad talking about what an awesome player he was :) He made me giggle on your vids! What a cool guy! U have great memories of him! Thanks for sharing them :)
i just saw the sad news of your father's passing. i am an avid rangers fan and took the number 9 (andy bathgate) as my number when i played hockey as a kid. bathgate was traded and your father was the next rangers player to wear the number 9. i was proud every time i put on the jersey because your dad was dedicated to doing his very best, every game. after watching the interviews i can say he will always be a gentle giant in my mind. may his memory be for a blessing!
wonderful series of videos...I had the pleasure of meeting Reggie when I was a kid and he was with the Cougars and then re-met him thru the embroidery company I worked for when he was one of our good customers..he supplied apparel for the Blackhawks Alumni..he always had great stories and had a passion for being an ex-Blackhawk....I have never met his son but he seems to be one great person....fabulous!

Ahh, I spent so many nights in the 1st balcony between the blue lines on the south side of the Stadium.
The Stadium deserves the begin with a capital S.
I loved watching the Hawks, especially your dad.
I was in bed with my wife watching the night they won the cup.
I got so excited that I fell between the bed & wall and my wife was laughing so hard that she couldn't help me get out.lol
Chris, what is the name of the music?
It's really great.
Thanks for this as, it brought me back there.
