  • is beatiful

  • I am 31 years old and most of my life i have had dreams (real dreams, like when you are asleep) of being able to fly (kinda like superman). I have these dreams bout 3 times a month and when i wake up it is so much fun trying to remember of of it. Its the greatest feeling (in my dreams). I can only imagine that this is the closest thing that you could come to my dreams. I often wonder why i have the dreams.

  • is it possible for someone with zero experience to get trained to wing suit flight? I don't know how to sky or snowboard... i'd like to try jumping off a cliff. what preparatory experiences would you recommend to get started?

  • Very important: you can't do it with no experience. Jumping from a cliff is not "normal", it's for specialists only, even if it seems easy on TV. So 1st do an AFF course at your local Drop zone. Then become an experienced jumper, and finally decide what you want to do at last. don't start from the end, but from the beginning. It's the best way to keep being alive. You can kill yourself doing something stupid...

    Blue sky to you! ;-)

  • if u want the simple way go commit suicide and dont bring a bad name to the sport

it takes a lot of education and knowledge to do this kind of stuff. the realities is it is like jumping out of a plane in a straight jacket. so many people gave there life to get the wingsuit to the level as it is now.

    blue skies

  • 100% agree...

  • @Thegibolin check out my skydiving video :) its from my 50the jump :-)

    goal :: wingsuiting :-)

but like u say , must start from the beginning .

  • @nicolasowns

Very good skills for your 50th. Congrats! ;-)

  • @Thegibolin thanks :-)

  • Good advice. It really does take years for these guys to learn wing suit flying,

  • All you need is courage and a little training.

  • @Keyl1336 you need 200 regular skydive jumps in 18 months or 500 cumulative jumps to be able to fly a wingsuit. but even then, you are still recommended to be introduced to wingsuit jumping by an experienced wingsuit pilot.

  • Dear All,

I have some question about psychology:

*Why do we love flying and windsuiting?

*Why do we want the fun of skydiving despire the risk?

THNAK YOU IN ADVANCE for your creative ideas and brainstorm!!!

  • My point is the fear of death which is the pulse making me doing such annatural thing as jumping out of an airplane. Everytime you "escape from death" after a successful jump, you feel more "alive". Our modern society takes us away from the natural dangers of nature: predators. So we recreate this pulse of survival into extreme sports, for having a meaning in life? My 2 cents ideas about the topic...

  • Thank you for your input on my questions.

I saw you in the video, and you enjoyed the freedom in the sky very much. I can see it from you smile.

    :)

  • You could not see me because I was filming, but thanks. There is a more personnal video called: "Gibolin Inventor" if you're interested...

  • Thats Awsome!! can u touck yourself in and dive down the open up to gain altittude??liker a bird or do you just free fall all the way down slowy??

  • Is it hard to keep in the air?

  • You'll need more muscular strength than in a normal jump, due to the surface you're using against the air.

  • Nice footage! Can't wait to learn flying wingsuit myself :) One more season and i will hopefully be ready!

  • does it take training?

  • Of course it does, and you can have bad malfunctions, so caution. But with the proper training, it drives you to a new dimension of flying. Unbeatable!

  • I have a question: In a typical jump i fall 50 seconds. How long you can fly with Wingsuit at the same altitude and same opening altitude?

  • You can simply doubble the time... and the FUN!

  • @741741

i think from the numbers i've read that you can more than halve your horizontal terminal velocity, depending on the suit.

  • just beautiful

i want to try this before i die

    those people are lucky

  • Greetings from Dallas, Tx. Looks like I found a thing to do for my 30th bday.

  • just beautiful!

  • really cool video! U are cool guy!

  • You are a really cool guy, boris.

i wish u was my dad.

Explore the world, and be together with every thing

    all your video's are GREAT!

5 stars for u my friend!

  • Thanks Mauwii (by the way, I love that name!). Well, it depends on you to explore the world or not. What I see on your videos is that you are an enthusiastic young person with enough guts to share with the rest of the world what he likes the most: jumping! We actually do the same: you from the ground and me from airplanes...Your dad must be a cool guy too: he did a great kid like you! ;-) Keep jumping and being enthusiastic! And go discover the world some day, it's worth it!...

  • Haha!, thank you very mutch!

No, these vids are just for jumpstyle =p

i skateboard for like one year now, i snowboard for like 3 years now, and i am doing a sport called Paragliding

i will ever post a vid, and will tell it you my friend:)

and no, my dad is lazy :P wel, he is paragliding with me,

and i am happy with that :-)

    Byebye!

  • Do you paraglide with him or you also do it solo? I did my 1st jump when I was 15 years old...

  • You are youtube's best kept secret, Boris. Your videos are works of art. And let me know when Gro releases her CD, i'll be standing in line to buy it......

  • Wow, thanks! I'm really touched by what you've just written...About Gro, I'm just like you: waiting for her CD to pop up some day. For now, only the people of her small town in Norway can have the pleasure to hear her performing her fantastic work, and the people she conducts to feel her incredible energy...Some day, I know I will go back there to listen her live music again. The last time, it was 10 years ago in Vienna for a unique performance. She's a well kept secret as well...

  • Thanks to this "unknown 1st viewer" who has rated 5 stars. I'm happy this video has reach your sensitivity...A big hug to you, whoever you are!
