Adorable! One of my favourite parts is between 0:44 and 0:48, when Knut is lying on his back on his keeper's lap with his paws in the air. You can see his little paws, including his paw pads and claws, in so much detail. Also, between 1:25 and 1:30, when his keeper puts baby oil or some kind of lotion on his back, and he turns round and puts his paw up in protest, as if to say, "Hey, get off!". Lol.

Ummm...people, he was born in a ZOO. And it's highly unlikely that he'll ever be released. So I don't think that exposure to humans is much of a problem. Once he's grown, other bears will probably accept him just fine. I suspect that the only animal rights activists who'd like to see Knut euthanized or released are the same activists who are completely against zoos in general, no matter how humane they are. Besides, what's more fundamental to an animal's rights than the right for it to live?
