Compared to Rachel Alexandra who won the Preakness AND The Woodward...Big Brown is a fluke...
You can't even spell correctly, how can anyone take you seriously? And Big Brown was not 'drugged before every race' he was given a Winstrol shot on the 15th of every month, which was perfectly legal at the time for therapeutic reasons, used very commonly. Curlin took the same steriod as a 3yo as Big Brown. And there was nothing that was unimpressive that Big Brown did in the Haskell and Monmouth Stakes, those were two races where he showed his competitiveness, not his best or top form.
my friend was going to breed a mare to him but i advised her against it because of his Quarter Cracks and his feet issues..in the end,she chose to breed to another stallion..and his conformation's decent...i've seen better conformed horses though
The Owner of Three Chimneys called Big Brown 'one of the best conformed looking horses they ever had'. You don't even know what you're talking about. Lmao @ your statement 'MUCH better conformation' Big Brown was a better athlete than those horses you mentioned bar Sea the Stars, many many breeders have raved how good Big Brown's conformation is, BB also saw some of the best mares in the world in his first year at stud. @BrianShaw23 A bit off the subject and I know your post is 9 months old but I heard a Rumor Jerry Moss went to see Sea The Stars and is thinking about breeding Zenyatta to him.
actually, she ended up breeding to Master Command...and it is a matter of opinion, but in my opinion Barbaro, Eight Belles, Sea The Stars, Rachel Alexandra and many others have MUCH better confirmation than Big Brown did...Rachel Alexandra and Sea The Stars were certainly more talented..but again,that is a matter of opinion as well, and they both raced clean too
I wish we knew why he flopped in the Belmont.
