My brother lives in Hartoford and I have a friend from way way back who was at this (and loads more) Stones concerts in the US, LUCKY DIVILS. Lovely punkish feeling to the video - gels with the song ... !
What I like about this live version is that it is very well-performed--The version of the song in NJ was so fast and furious, which was awesome, but this one you can hear every word Mick sings, and speaks, LOL!
Well we all are not gonna look so good when we get old but i half to did agree with you about the music their music is still good yeah better back in 60`s-70`s-80`s and even 90`s after that they still rocked just not as good!! I would loved to have been able to go to the still life concert it`s known as one of their best and most energetic! BOY oh boy it looks like it
I love them, be it now, be it in the 80s, 19 70s, or 60s...No band could still make the music they have for 48 years and going. They are, as you have said, The Greatest Rock and Roll Band Ever! Plus, I would have died to have seen them do "Silver Train" ; )
when i was a teenager i cried to go to this concert (still life) but so did some of my friends but the concert was 6 hours away and we couldn`t go we even ask our mom to let us go on a bus they said "A stones concert by yourself?? No way lol to dangerous so we just was so sad and watched the news about the concert :(
I went to see The Stones in NJ in 1981. I had only one ticket, Vicki, since my dad was friends with a former Mick bodyguard and he tried for 4 tickets, but couldn't. I was 18, drove to the Brenden Byrne Arena, sat in press row, and by the time Tina Turner opened up the show, I felt like I knew 400 people, all of whom were totally cool and awesome people. I went nuts when they did "All Down The Line" and, of course, when Tina joined Mick for "Honky Tonk Woman." I wish you were there!

I liked the stones in the 60's and 70's, but after that, they just lost their looks and their musical talent.

Vicki, this is such an under-rated rocker, and for a "hurried" effort, you made an awesome, excellent creation. I love it, my Texas StonesGirl!
