Pigs are people just like us. They share all the same feelings that we do. They are just different kinds of us that's all. I have 12 pigs who are my wonderful friends. I treat them with respect and affection, and they return it. What we do to them is absolutely criminal. Pigs are lovely creatures and deserve much better treatment. We should not do to them what we would not like done to us.
I understand your point entirely but you seem like too much of a freak for people to take you seriously. "Pigs are people just like us." Well they're not, they're pigs...
Pigs have personalities just like us and are persons too. If not exactly people, they are very similar to us in many ways. I use the analogy that pigs are to us as apples are to oranges; different certainly, but still very similar. They have feelings like us, and can suffer like us. They experience all the same emotions and feelings as we do, that's the point. They have minds, and their lives matter to them just as much as ours matter to us.
They arent that clever because I can do most of those tricks myself. I could probably do all of the tricks if I got as many treats as that pig did.

Pigs are too intelligent to eat, really. It makes me feel slightly uncomfortable. They'd act like dogs if they were socialised that way.
