A: Arrest him and let him get a court appointed taxpayer funded attorney to test our legal system while he is being held in a secure facility with food and clothing and shelter better than anything he ever had before in his life.

the whole thing is this decision DOESN'T give them access to the u.s. court system. it allows them one habeas corpus hearing to present evidence that their incarceration is unjust and allows the government to show why they have a right to hold them. that's it. i guess glen is afraid of treating people like human beings and not animals. i'm sure he wouldve supported the japanese internment camps in WWII.

Well, I guess that would be the "final solution" to all of the Vaterland's problems. We've already started rounding up the undesirables them in camps, so the next logical step is to start killing them. Bullets are already in short supply though, so I would recommend using some alternate method. For instance, we could use up some of our insecticide inventory and kill them that way.
