My band was called The Current back in 88-92 in NYs lower eastside with a few "reunions" thrown in later. We gigged ourselves into obscurity, but played most of the venues of the day from showcases to shooting galleries. Funny to see someone kinda known use that name for their act.

Musically Serj and SOAD used a wider range of scales and musical instruments (If you get hold of Serart give it a listen it is Serj and an Armenian musician- very different and poignant! ) but again I am not one to argue around music...tastes are personal. I would love for Serj to cover this song though!!

So there are different styles that appease different people. And with so many various styles, why bother arguing?
