@animefreakgamer123 It's not exactly fake,it just doesn't exist in the form you're thinking of.It's no special download that comes with japanese PC's,it's a simple flash animation that happens to be REALLY amazing.

i installed windows xp pro because xp home got full of viruses and 10 minutes after installation i installed a vista theme.

now xp actually feels like vista.

its an aplication called rain meter lots of skins not only miku like winamp it measures your cpu and ha ssome control over winamp

the miku is called apricot 6 a desktop 'buddy' google it, and get a translator if you dnt understand japanese scripts and short hand etc..the theme is vista black mod for xp, and background is flash animation desktop trick

@sseptemberboy i found the flash animation on a site called OS-TAN something..f*ck..well idk if they still up but google for a forum with OS-TAN in the domain name..as short as this video is, it is because the animation is that short, you can do as i did..re-edit it in SoThink.

and the windows xp trick of setting your desktop as a html page on the web that you have hosted on a site

problem? you'll notice any other video of the desktop will feature the same icons in the same positions,

i no longer have winXP and the original laptop that ran this setup, which later i done the psuedo mac-os 10 theme

i am now on a toshiba with win7 and simple not into theme tricks since i mostly use it now for my deejay softwares and fl studios etc.

I'm guessing the user used the animated wallpaper thing that comes with Vista Ultimate.The OS is different from the original videos.I'm assuming if it went for any longer it would loop.
