ATL just had a world tour including Asia. Never thought they would be big enough to play in Singapore back in 06 but hell yeah, they did. BLG has always been relatively commercially successful. Both bands are fking amazing live so quit dissing.

I have seen Senses Fail, All Time Low, and Boys Like Girls live. There is a HUGE difference. All Time Low wasn't so bad because I saw them before they were famous. Boys Like Girls sucked. The roadies tuned their guitars for them and they had to stop in the middle because a band member "hurt his finger." I have gone to hundred of shows and can tell when a band is putting 100% into the music and when they are not. Boys Like Girls did not. Senses Fail, on the other hand, played a great show.

WIll ATL get bigger than them, i think so. but as of right now, SF is without a doubt a more respected band with a bigger fan base. Once again, ATL is my favorite band, but there are the facts.
This is such complete and utter garbage. First of all, Alex writes close to 99% of their songs on his own. Second of all, I really don't see how it's this tool's business about whether ATL had a "good thing" going and "ruined it". All Time Low never sold out---they merely matured. CLEARLY, their fans have no issue with this, so I don't see where this idiot gets off talkin' smack as if he knows SO MUCH about All Time Low and their business and stuff. Get real, bro.

ATL just had a world tour including Asia. Never thought they would be big enough to play in Singapore back in 06 but hell yeah, they did. BLG has always been relatively commercially successful. Both bands are fking amazing live so quit dissing.

I have seen Senses Fail, All Time Low, and Boys Like Girls live. There is a HUGE difference. All Time Low wasn't so bad because I saw them before they were famous. Boys Like Girls sucked. The roadies tuned their guitars for them and they had to stop in the middle because a band member "hurt his finger." I have gone to hundred of shows and can tell when a band is putting 100% into the music and when they are not. Boys Like Girls did not. Senses Fail, on the other hand, played a great show.

@iheartyoualot101 Exactly, your probably 14 too. BLG were awesome when I was in 8th grade.... they sold out and suck now. Senses fail may have fell off the face of the earth but BLG still sold out. All Time Low did the same thing. They co-wrote all the songs except 2. Shameful part on Alex's half. Buddy is amazing and is just mad that he sees talent going to waste with All Time low. Not with BLG, they never had any.

Not all of ATL and BLG's songs are about 'partying/girls/and the summer' They actually have some very meaningful songs.Sure they have alot more about Partying,but they're just having fun.All time Low writes about 'Real Shit' too.They have 'Lullabies'<That helped me when my brother commited suicide and 'Therapy'<that got me through my Depression.'Painting Flowers' And BLG songs are about Girls,Boy,Break ups, Secret Loves, Crushes.But their songs mean something.Senses fail hasn't done shit for me

i love sense fail but this interview pissed me off. i mean, just because buddy didnt like another bands method of working or writing songs or trying to get their music heard doesn't mean that he should start talking shit and bringing that band down. im pretty sure atl and blg have put in alot of hard work and soul into their music too, not just senses fail. he shouldn't be telling theses people on "how to be proper bands." oh and theres nothing wrong with cowriting your own songs. grow up buddy

Senses Fail IS A GREAT BAND!!! from their guitar riffs to the sound of Dan hitting his snair drum to Buddy's impacting lyrics.
They write their own songs and about REAL SHIT!
not about partying/girls/and the summer.
ATL and BLG are playing to a crowd of 13 year old girls everynight, when SF is playing to a crowd of people who are there for the music, the passion, and the great live performance.

He means by "selling out" which is total crap because All Time Low is not selling out, they are maturing, and if you have noticed that is something Senses Fail has never done, from the start of their band they have written, sung, preformed the same type of songs as they do now. In my opinion a part of being a successful band you must mature, and try something different to expand your base, and it's just something Senses Fail has yet to do, Buddy is full of shit.

You know, I was really trying hard to see this situation from that guy's point of view, but he is wrong.
All time Low, The Maine, Boys Like Girls and all those bands do put their hearts and minds into their music, and it's a plus that they care for the fans. Personally, I've witnessed all these guys freezing their ass off just to take pictures and talk to their fans.
And music wise, they all have talent. Personally, I like all these bands, and this really offends some of the fans.

@randomweirdTVD before i say anything, please know that ATL is my favorite band. they have been since i was 14(im 20 now) soooo please dont respond saying "you dont know shit." but SF is huge, way bigger than ATL. They are oe of the more respected bands in this industry. Its crazy how much pull they have. WIll ATL get bigger than them, i think so. but as of right now, SF is without a doubt a more respected band with a bigger fan base. Once again, ATL is my favorite band, but there are the facts.
