Sorry man, I think you need to expand your horizons beyond where they are at now. No offense to the bassists listed, because they are great players... But having a "greatest bassist of all time" list without Victor Wooten, Jaco Pastorius, Stu Hamm, James Jameson, Stanley Clark, Marcus Miller, Jeff Berlin, Larry Graham, and Bootsy Collins is almost a crime. Ok, so maybe in all fairness you should have a top 20 bassists of all time list, and I think you could cover the most influential.
