Each task is endless, so you have to use my philosophy, dont give the managers wha tthey want, give them wha tthey need. If you give them what they want they will take everything.

Now I get breaks, but not during Focus Hour, and I can't lump them with lunch or leave early or come in late if I haven't taken one. Working on a project or in a meeting and it rolled over into Focus Hour? TOUGH - no break for YOU!
Managers are idiots, but what am I if I'm putting up with this crap to make a living?
...and here I'd always assumed break time was when your boss would demoralize you, critique your work in a negative manner, or remind you of all of the policies that you must follow during work hours; all in an attempt to bring you down and break your spirit. You know, "break time"...
You forgot to mention that if you have a meeting after break, that you must be at the meeting spot at exactly the moment break ends. So in essence you spend 2+mins of your break time walking to the meeting spot! Forget about getting any form of rest.
Since all the smokers get to go out for however long they want for a smoke break, I take walk breaks. Nobody notices 15 minutes. Its a lot nicer than hiding in a bathroom stall.
That's precisely why I keep a pillow in the back seat of my car. Sometimes I take a refreshing 15 minute catnap in the afternoon and the pillow just makes it more comfy. Of course there are other things other than sleeping that you can do in the back seat of your car that a pillow can make comfier, but it would require two or more people (wink! wink!)

@mankyfox I think that women who choose to wear clothes that show the cleavage of their bosom obviously want people to notice it. I think that it is perfectly natural for you to admire (leer at) her [self-exposed] chest while still respecting her acting ability and comedic talent. I think that people who automatically appreciate all of a woman's mental and physical assets should be commended for their ability to use both of their heads simultaneously.

now that i work at home, its actually tougher to remember to take breaks. but when i do i just open my personal computer (they can still track what sites i surf on the work one), and look at youtube!
