I started this exercises today and will carry on. I'm constantly working at a computer, typing for about 6 hours per day and I'm also intending to resume my indoor rock climbing 'career', so this will be really helpful. I'm a little skinny girl with weak arms and I do really need some exercises :)
Thank you SO much for these exercises. I just became a Licensed Massage Therapist, and I want to last as long as I can - with these I will be able to do just that! Thanks again!

Strong grip with great leg strength is paramount to your success :)

morr, you should read before you write... it says this part focuses on flexibility, see part 2 for strenght exercices...

Since no muscles are forced to work while doing these exercises, I really doubt it works. There are definitely better exercises, as far as I know.
