yeah seriously why is everyone saying that the acting was terrible and it was a bad show? if you're saying the acting was terrible then you obviously don't know good acting. They have truly incredible actors on that show. Everyone on that show and who creates that show is a amazing. As well as the acting the directing is fantastic, as is the editing and writing. This was a very powerful scene which in my opinion gives Australian television a good name.

Why are so many people bad-mouthing this? For a show that I don't really like, I watched this episode and this scene was very well-acted. For people who hate the show or this scene, be that way. If you think people are over-acting about this, so what? People dying in car crashes is a major issue, since there are so many deaths on roads at the moment. This was a very serious and emotional moment on the show and if you don't like it, don't go on about it.

As a fan from the US I can say this show is indeed fictional but likeable. Viewers grow to like the characters and find someone to identify with typically. This is representing a family and how life spins on a dime but nonetheless you stll have family at the end of the day. Either some have this and it strikes a chord or like me you didn't have a family and it strikes another chord. BTW where does it say a person is a "pussy" for feeling?

They used this research to write the role, depicting the same things that these people had gone through. A majority stated they saw their partner after death - just as Ben did. It may be a fictional character but that character was based on the truth of what has happen to a lot of people who have gone through this. This is probably why it hit home to so many.
