god i only watched some parts of it. omg all i saw was the guy put heroin in this 'mutilated vagina arm' it was so gross. ew oh god. oh god. and i saw the guy in the hospital and crying without an ARM. that old women reminded me of my mom when she wanted to get skinnier and skinnier too shes 100 pounds right now. one or two times shes lost her sanity nd this reminds me of her</3 i love my mom rlly muchtho. wow im teling the world my problems. smh.

it sounds like a great movie, i must get it. also you mentioned antichrits. i only know of a 1970s movie origionaly called the tempter. would that be the one yo are refering to or is it another. nice review mate.

Ellen Burstyn's character is not addicted to T.V. She is lonely and afraid of dying alone- Her life has lost all meaning so she turns to fantasy on television to ignore the cold,hard reality that is her life.

Ellen Burstyn (Sara Goldfarb) like you said played her roll amazing, also the only character I felt sympathy for. The entire time I was like when is anyone going to help her ffs.

The rest of the characters I cba for really from the start the only thing I thought was.. you are so fucked up.. and the characters Harry and Tyrone probably are best off in the end.. they actually have a change on a new start.

Great review. I love Requiem for a Dream because when ever I watch it seems to make me feel better about the world in a screwed up way that it doesn't go how people would imagine it.

Honest to god Jack, this movie made me want to die. I really dislike this movie to the point of not wanting to finish the film. The spastic scenes and the usage of music monotonous beyond belief made me want to eat my brain and shit it out.

Darren Aronofsky is one of my favourite directors, i love all his work, and Clint Mansell's music is just perfect.

It's funny, i just did a video a couple of days ago where i talk about Aronofsky. I was reviewing 'The Box' and for me Richard Kelly and Darren Aronofsky are these 'new' directors that make wonderful films because they have a fresh and new artistic vision that is different than most things we see.
