Very interesting video. I still do the wrong thing and use butter when I make my eggs, rather than oils. Although I can see in your video that is is faster and easier than butter because you can just pour it. You don't have to melt the butter first.
I often do use butter or margarine (I think margarine has better flavor and is less "tricky" than butter) but with a VERY high heat you have to really "stay on top of things" to avoid burning. I used oil because I was making a video and wanted to avoid any problems that could be avoided.

Butter isn't as tricky as people think all you need is real butter not margerine and a good eye.
With non stick pans you don't need to worry about the egg sticking just the flavor of the egg.

It looks good. The bacon is a bit fatty for me ... looks like there's not much meat on it.
But that is 'feel good' food I am glad to see you comforting yourself.
