Well 1:04 for instance. How do you downclimb that? I mean I've traversed 45 degree angles which wasn't too bad but that is 75 plus and vert. Does he repel down certain sections or what?

the cameraman followed Ueli the day after, i think. As he had already done for the other north faces...in other words, the images you see has been taken not in the same day of the record.

For the most part he didn't. Nobody could. Ueli set the record, then I believe he went back down and reclimbed the same route in the same way to allow for most the footage. The guy is a machine.
