This is such a load of crap. Besides being completely fabricated, people don't realize but back then rarely did anyone actually say fuck like people do nowadays. It wasn't thrown around in casual conversation. Davis was definitely temperamental but always for professional reasons. I hate when biofilms take such outrageous liberties with real people just for the sake of dramatic effect. What really happened is always more interesting.

Out of all the Marilyn bio-pics this really is one of the worst. And as much as I like Mira, her portrayal, particulary the voice is more like a parody. I understand why on certain words (most notably talent) she uses that unusual inflection. But it's as though she is playing the character Lorelie Lee (from Gentlemen Prefer Blondes) instead of Marilyn where that inflection is noticed in Marilyn's performance.

FACT: Bette Davis her self said in a 1987 interview that she adored Marilyn on the all about eve set, Bette said that she was a sweetheart and very stunning and thought she was a good actress for an up coming star. This move was made a decade after Bette Davis died, so you can tell if Bette was alive today she'd be pissed that they portayed her like this to Marilyn on this movie. I doubt that Bette said that.
