how irresponsible that engineer was, he could have damaged Charice's career with his blunder. But once again Charice and DF prevailed because we all know that Charice doesn't lipsynch simply because she loves to sing and she wouldn't want to disappoint her fans. I hope that guy got fired after that. This is a massive professional mistake at a massive televised event that could have had unthinkable repercussion on Charice's career.

ha-ha...this is so funny....but not while I was there...when they actually started the song again....her video (on the large TV screen) did not come back on...another technical glitch! so the audience there who could only see the big screen did not get to see her perform Jingle Bell Rock....only the audio.....had to come home to see it on youtube.....real bummer!!

Boyz II Men should be ashamed of themselves for lip-syncing, and the producers should also hang their head in shame for allowing them to fake their way through a live show -- c'mon guys! if you're a singer then SING already! I do hope the dumb engineer got fired though, as well as the director....when you're directing a big-budget LIVE show on major network television, you need to have a "second in command" to double-check and triple-check things like this to make sure the right music plays!!!

@DJMichaelAngelo, they are not lip syncing, it is a background track which 99% of artists use when singing live, they only words that are on that backing track are 'this christmas' if they were lip syncing you would have heard Nates first verse there aswel but you dont.
